For some hours I tried to login into FarmVille and had constant out of sync code 2 errors.
I then tried to login on the same computer with my wife's account and that worked. I then logged out and back into my own account and … the error was no longer there and I could login.
However after one session I had the same problem again:
So I wondered if it would be client side related or server side related
1. I deleted all stuff from my history, cookies, etc… I also deleted the LSO related stuff so that nothing beside the settings.sol from the flashplayer itself would be present in firefox. nogo
2. I checked if Adobe would have a new update or fix from their flashplayer: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. nogo I have the Adobe Flash Player 10 Update for Flash CS4 Professional from 7/30/2009, so 10.0.32.18 "Shockwave Flash". There is now newer version.
3. I tried to load it in Google Chrome (latest version, clean). nogo. same errormessage.
4. I tried to load it in Internet Explorer. nogo. IE gives an error message but (i think) on a non related css error in one of the style sheets in the cdn: http://b.static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/z7IAZ/hash/dws1kqxk.css
5. So I was curious… I logged in as my wife again and it did load, I logged out again, logged in again as me and… it did not load ….
So I have no other conclusion than that this is server based maybe my farm has too many objects or maybe something has gotten corrupted on my farm?

I have the same problem. Ironically, it occurred when I had finally decided to quit FarmVille. I wanted to finish in style, so I started to erase all items on my fram and began making a huge picture by placing haybales in various colours on the farm. In the middle of doing this, the game suddenly stopped working. Everytime I have tried to play since then I get the "code 2" sign. I suspect the game can't handle too many decoration objects. I have a 22x22 farm, which was about half filled with haybales. That makes about 4000 bales.

I was trying to write Happy Birthday to my friend with hayballe. I had the same problem and farm is not loading with the error code 2. I hope farmville people will solve it soon.

I have the same stupid problem :) 4 days ago I deleted all object on my farm try to write "the end" with bales :) And bingoo in the middle of the action tadaa game was stop and I have no longer login with code 2 error. There is only one guilty, it is hay-bales
same here, i got a lot of hay bales colored black for my future xmas design, then when i receive around 100 gifts and put it on my farm i got this code 2 error, i think their was a timer that trigger to push this code 2, i zynga will just this timer until all stuff load it will be much help so that we could delete some stuff, and mostly this error connected wtih 22x22 farm area

It's funny I have the same problem only I got way past the 4000 hay bale mark. I almost filled my 22x22 farm. I got that out of sync code 2 message. I messaged zynga asking them what the problem was. They redirected me to some forum with no answer. Out of all the forums I go to there is never an answer. My farmville app stops saying the error message. I click farmville and get a blank page. My conclusion is that no one knows the answer, not even zynga itself. A little heads up would have been nice. Maybe a limit put on all decorations so that this would not have happened. But I guess this is what we can expect from an open beta. If anyone finds an answer please e-mail me.
now i got the answers to my questions... all of us here got the same problem with the same cause... it's the hay bales...i got hte same error message when i was about to finish the hay bale mosaic...my farm is 22x22, i am making an 18x18 haybale mosaic which is my girlfriend's picture...i was almost done...only less than 20 plots were left to be filled in with hay bales...then this error message saying "Your game state is out of sync with the server. Please refresh the page to continue."it happened 2 days ago...i tried e-mailing zynga regarding my problem but they redirected me to a page where i can't find the solution...my farm isn't loading till today...i hope zynga will fix this soon...very soon...

Hello everyone!I used to play farmville many times and in almost everyday but here it comes yesterday when i was loading my farmville to open it always says "YOUR GAME STATE IS OUT OF SYNC. PLEASE REFRESH THE PAGE TO CONTINUE". So please I just want to open my farmville because it's nice,awesome & it is also my hobby. It's been a long time since September when I started to play farmville. a friend of mine been gettin this error code and its not to do with hay bales as she dont have any on her farm just lots of trees i have loads more treees than she does so i wouldnt of thought it was that although her farm is smaller ive tried lots but nothing workin plus it dont give me time to do much before i get out of sync messages

I have exactly the same problem. When I log in to my Farmville account I get Out Of Sync error every time I move something in my farm.
When I log in with different accounts I can play without any problem.
So the problem is the communication between my own farm and the server. There must be something bugged in my farm that doesn't allow the communication with Zynga server.
Can anybody in this site or the owner of the block give us a help?

I just purchased the Mighty Plantation and some black hay bales to make a street and parade. I also purchased some fence to stack and this is when it tossed me out of the game 2 days ago and I have not been able to play ever since. I am getting the same message that my game is out of sync with the server - I contacted the game people and they emailed me back with ideas on how to solve the situation. It did not work and I have had the same problem on my office computer that has a different set up and IP address. I would delete what I can - but it will only take 2 deletions and then it throws me out of the game and they are back when I get back in - any suggestions????
This is not a total fix but it has given me extra time before i get the OOS message. I am now able to do lots more but not plant the new super pumpkins because it then tries to save my farm and i get OOS message again. Anyway for all those having problems try this:- Check your application settiings, select from the dropdown list "added to profile". If you see one in there called "unnamed app" delete it... Its an internal spybot - then try running farmville through facebook and not the farmville.com site. Let me know if it helps
when i use cheat engine and got money and increased my xp the same thing poped up and it wont let me save my money and xp level??

I played Farmville fine yesterday, now today when i go on a constantly get the sync error message. So i refresh and leave it and it comes up again the only thing i can do is accept gifts. My crops are still growing fine but i cant harvest anything cos the message come up after 20 seconds. This has happened since the valentine gifts have come about. Please help. What could or should i do.

I give on farmville. I have not play for 2 weeks as the game goes out of sync. I have tried everything they tell me. I will never play another game on facebook as you will never know when this will happen to another game after investing so much time. What a waste.
Same here, tested it with multiple versions of flash player 10 and 9 (debug and non debug).
Also run a test that if you do nothing and just leave the game running after about 1 to 2 minutes the out of sync error will popup even if you have done nothing lol..
I'm having the exact same problem and it's not related to hay bales... may have like 10 and they aren't new. It has been over a week now and support has been no help. It's something with them that they'll have to fix b/c i can get on other people farms from my computer yet no one can get on my farm from any computer. If you guys come up with anything be sure to post!
