image472 FarmVille Animal #37:the Grey Tabby And while we are performing 1000 clicks / minute opening gifts and re-inserting gifts for the coming weeks… the grey Tabby is the 37th animal in FarmVille. Of course the stats are more or less the same as the Orange Tabby.

You can get it either by getting it as a gift from your Christmas Tree OR by clicking the gift that someone posted on the Facebook wall, in that way it will also end up in your gift box.

We had waited for a looong time but finally it´s the 24th of december :) Let's goooooo!!!!

	The first thing we notice is a new present: the golden present with the option "TRADE" under it.
	It allows us to trade 5 presents, pay an extra 5 Farm Cash to retrieve a Gold Present! So let's think this through carefully. What is actually inside these presents? I don't think it's worth really paying 5FV extra if the chances are that you will get the special present anyway. Let's take a peek first at our walls:
	the Walls are full of people unwrapping their presents, beneath each message (including the special gifts below) you can get a special present by clicking the link. So what is in the presents?
	a New Years Ball, this seems to be prize everyone gets first.
	when you place the ball it says "be sure to come back on january 1st to january 3rd for a special new years present!"
	AFTER you have removed 1 gift, you can directly enter a NEW gift inside the Tree again… so this can take hours an hours and hours, removing and placing gifts again :) EACH time you fill up your tree again, you can post it to you walls where other players can take the special presents again. LOL … this will take A LONG TIME! :) Also… when people post their gift on the wall and you click on it "get a special present", then you actually have a chance of getting that gift: TIP: GET A LOT OF CATS!!! (will inform you later why)

image427 Lord of the Plow, Vegetable Virtuoso and updated FarmVille Achievements Today there were 3 new events around the achievements in FarmVille. (Achievements are counted in Ribbons).

- There were 2 new achievements added and
- for 3 achievements the values changed to rebalance the gameplay
- furthermore we saw the first glimps of at least 11 new achievements soon to come.

The 36th animal of FarmVille appeared today: the Grey Goose. It is however only obtainable via the mystery box #8 (I will post after this about the contents of that new mystery box).

I was lucky to get the grey goose out of my yellow mystery box since I now (still) own the complete 36 animal set :) (which is quite handy when you run a weblog)

The grey goose is the 36th animal in FarmVille

You can retrieve it via mystery box 8 "the yellow mystery box" making it the 2nd animal that was ONLY inside a mystery box and (the donkey is now available via the golden eggs so who knows what will happen with the Grey Goose further on). Along with the Goose you will also gain an extra 300 XP.

Like the majority of animals it takes a 1x1 space AND it is IS pet-able as opposed to the swan. UHM… why is a Goose pet-able and a swan not??

When we look directly at revenue/hour/square it takes a THIRD place with 27.83 coins/per hour/per square, so pretty good.

the FarmVille Clydesdale Horse

the Clydesdale horse entered FarmVille today. It is a limited animal which will be available from 23 December 2009 up until 20 January 2010.

The second horse and the 35th animal in FarmVille. Cool.

It costs 12 FV so it is pretty exclusive and pretty expensive. (making it the 3rd most expensive animal up until now

You can sell it for 200 coins (I wonder who ever would sell it).

You can brush it's hair for 105 coins after 3 days.

~~I placed it on my land and saw the XP sign but actually didn't write it down so if anyone can update me on the XP that would be cool! (I just wrote 50XP for now).~~ It gives 40 XP (thanks Nancy)

size - the horse is 2x2 like nowadays lots of animals which actually share some properties:

revenue per hour per space - For that amount of Farm Cash you would expect a lot in revenue but that is not really the case. It ends up even below the sheep due to its size (place #26).

revenue per hour - If we do not take the space into account but merely look at the revenue per hour then it still not flourishes with a 14th position (actually as much as the black chicken).
