image523 The Four FarmVille Cats: the black cat delivers the poorest First of all, the 40th FarmVille animal is of course a landmark. And the White Kitty is probably an appropriate one to celebrate this.

I wonder what the 50th animal will be? ~~Maybe something special like a lion or a giraffe~~ :) NO! A Tribble ofcourse :)

With the introduction today of that fourth FarmVille cat I was wondering actually why the black cat aka black kitten aka black tabby was the one that produced less coins than the other cats??

Haha poor FarmVille crew :) they are haunted by a politically correct crowd making sure there is no Farmville Lawn Jockey anymore and various related incidents and now they make the BLACK cat the lowest performer :)

Let me dive into the forums to see if someone noticed this before.

	I just adopted my first White Kitten :)
	It takes 3 days to brush it ("Yarn") for 90 coins

OTHER CHANGES TODAY:

1. The probability of getting the BULL, Christmas Reindeer and Penguin has changed
2. The sorting order of the presents has changed
3. The fireworks Names AND minimal level required has changed:

OLD	NEW
large fireworks, needed level 13	now Starburst, level 1
medium fireworks, needed level 9	now Twirl Fireworks, level 1
small fireworks, needed level 6	now Sparkler, level 1

4. some of the NEW Achievements are now released : SEE NEXT POST

5. the new "Feed the Chickens" feature has been temporarily disabled

FarmVille Mystery Box 9 contents

	The 9th Mystery Box contains a whole set of NEW FarmVille items. Again it is 16FV and you gain 5XP for placing it. And, I think, some pretty cool ones.
	Alpaca A new animal: the Alpaca. It takes a space of 2x1 and takes 3 days to grow some hairs that you can take for 84 coins. You receive and additional 250 XP for placing it. I will update the animal index after this posting.
	Giant Bell The Giant Bell is probably the 2nd coolest thing in this mystery box. It looks cool and has a special menu option "Ring!". It then makes a sounds as if you are listing to the church bells on Sunday Morning. Tres Cool. (Selling value of 2500 Coins and has a size of 2x2)
	Animal Statue The animal statue is awesome it is small (the base is only 1x2) (selling value is 1500) but it is exactly the right value to place it … in your park!
	Jack In the Box Could this be a preview to some more child toys? It is 2x2 and you gain 400XP. It sells for 3000 coins. I bought it… but uhm… I stared at it for quite some time but uhm… how do I open it?
	The snowman family Measures 4x1 and you gain an extra 300 XP. If you were collecting all the "lighted" objects. Then you NEED to have this collector piece. Nice idea by the way, making a portrait of a snowman family
	Ornate Welcome Gate / Welcome sign the Welcome Sign is AWESOME. It measures 5x1 like many of the other gates and you gain an extra 150 XP. But if there was ever a gate worthy of placing before your mansion or estate… this is it!

New FarmVille Gifts: Fireworks!

It is absolutely brilliant that we can end the year in style in FarmVille with some fireworks that became available today to gift away.

During my first run the fireworks could be started over and over again but a few hours later, they disappear after you have launched them… so I will save them for the new year :)

	Large Fireworks (40 coins) / Starbust Fireworks The funny thing: EVERYONE send the large fireworks :) (and almost noone the medium or small fireworks sets)
	Medium Fireworks (10 coins) / Twirling Fireworks
	Small Fireworks (20 coins) / Sparkler Fireworks
	Gold Candles Set Sells for 75 coins, 1x1

	And then there is the Fireworks Finale 2010 which can be bought for 3 FV. Place it, press Launch and awe while looking at the Fireworks :)
	And a new mystery box for our collection :) the contents is, I think, known for some while so I will update the mystery box 9 entry above in a minute (in the main menu above). Personally I think the Alpaca is the thing we NEED to have :)
