The FarmVilleMania weblog had a good find: the intro text to the penguin says it comes from the north pole, however… it comes from Antarctica… a difference of 20.000 kilometers …. (!)

"Penguins (order Sphenisciformes, family Spheniscidae) are a group of aquatic, flightless birds living almost exclusively in the southern hemisphere, especially in Antarctica."

As you know by now, these sweet looking calves are the products of your dairy farm after you put 1 bull in the dairy farm. And just like the chicken coop it produces "items" that only your friends will profit from by posting them to the wall.

With a size of 1x1 you can fit 16 of them on a square and exactly that property combined with an extremely short collecting time (23 hrs) and a more or less good revenue value (80 coins) make them the new #1 animal for revenue in FarmVille:

As you can see these Calves produce a massive 55.5 coins per hour per square and there is almost nothing out there beating that amount of coins per hour per square, even the #1 tree, the Acai tree only offers a revenue per hour per square of 54.96 coins per hour per square. And… although the chicken is also a 1 day animal it "only" produces 64 coins per hour making it after a very brief #1 location the #2 revenue animal in FarmVille.

So in other words: whatever object you are trying to generate revenue from drop all of that and start collecting these calves!

So if you have the chance to spend an hour or two behind the Facebook wall you should be able to pick up a massive amount of these calves.

If you use reserve a 5x5 squares block in the corner of your farm it will make you make you close to 35.000 coins a day. wow!

My 60 FarmVille Presents: how my Holiday Tree GREW!

As I posted about the Holiday Tree (these Zynga guys keep coming up with cool new ideas) I wanted to thank the first 60 (there is a maximum of 60 presents) "colored present" senders.

	One note before this however: this idea of unpacking gifts on 24-12-2009 was actually on my mind for some time. As you can see on the picture I was saving all the mystery boxes to save for opening on that date! Who knows.. maybe the idea got picked up :)
	anyway.. it is nice to notice how my tree grew with each 20 presents, see under where I show the Tree after 20, 40 and 60 presents: (see under)
