On the video of achapa92 i saw a villa with a wall and a pool (see above) (or see the video), since this an older video I just assume that this is how the villa looked like in the past?

And while I was thinking on what was there in the past I noticed the "lawn jockey" on the farm of Carlene

image95 Villa with pool and Lawn Jockey on FarmVille The Lawn Jockey is another item I can't find in my decorations list. So I guess that is also an item that was once there but not anymore?

update: aha! the lawn jockey was discontinued because "the initial use of the African American lawn jockey is considered to be ugly and racist"

However, the story seems different:

"It is said that the 'lawn jockey' actually has its roots in the tale of one Jocko Graves, an African-American youth who served with General George Washington at the time that he crossed the Delaware to carry out his surprise attack on British forces at Trenton, NJ. The General thought him too young to take along on such a dangerous attack, so left him on the Pennsylvania side to tend to the horses and to keep a light on the bank for their return. So the story goes, the boy, faithful to his post and his orders, froze to death on the river bank during the night, the lantern still in his hand. The General was so much moved by the boy's devotion to his duty that he had a statue sculpted and cast of him, holding the lantern, and had it installed at his Mount Vernon estate. He called the sculpture 'The Faithful Groomsman"

Do the complete 13 Topiary Set in FarmVille give you something special?

I was thinking … would collecting the complete Topiary set in FarmVille give me something special? (Like the sign for the crop mastership). I couldn't resist the curiosity, so I collected them all and… well … nothing special pops up.

However … do they do make a beautiful Topiary garden complementing my soon to be Villa! (the pink cow will go to the soon to be zoo).

So you may wonder: how much did it cost me? Well.. I had to pay for $10 for the 55 FV. However… writing about FarmVille and the Topiaries made me much more than those $10 in Adsense Income (amazing how many people are out there interested in FarmVille). So in a sense… writing about the Topiaries actually earned me the topiaries and something extra for some other nice stuff :)
