Well.. go get fences! And A Lot of them :)
A weird achievement but while you are at it you might form some nice structures from the 250 fences you place on your lands

I took the easy route and bought the white fences (300 coins and +5XP). I started out with:

So .. let’s click 250 times on “sell” (for 15 coins) and…
In other words: this achievement costs me 53535 coins and gained me 2630 XP when going via the cheapest route (which is 20.36 coins per XP).
