FarmVille Milestone: 100th unique revenue/hour layer!

image121 FarmVille Milestone: 100th unique revenue/hour layer!

We are heading to a milestone in FarmVille: the 100th unique revenue/hour  layer (with a precision of 2 decimals)

When I looked at the overall best revenue listing I suddenly saw that the one of the next objects in FarmVille, whether a tree, an animal, a seed or a "building with a purpose" will be a legendary 100th unique revenue/hour producing object. It could take some time, but it will certainly come.

(and I mean "a unique value for a revenue per hour" so let's call it a revenue layer).

All trees+animals+seeds that ever appeared are divided in  97 "revenue layer" in total. And we have 3 revenue layer producing buildings: the chicken coop, the dairy farm and the horse stable. Which I just will count for "a unique layer it itself"

I thought: let's view at the past from the point of revenue at take the top 10 revenue producing classes (tas) for a quick flashback:

The current #1 in revenue: Horse Stable + Calfs

The horse stable can produce the best revenue but since you can only have one, in the overall 97 "sat" listing the 6 Calfs are still on top with a revenue per hour of 55.65 Farm Coins. Amazing since they can be simply grabbed off the Facebook Feed by the hundreds to place to on your farm.

The #2 is still the Acai Tree (52.17 coins/hr)

Personally I would have expected that an animal where we pay (a lot of) Farm Cash for would be a best revenue producing animal. Not that you would have the chance to place thousands of it on your farm but it would make it more special to own such an animal.

For a brief moment the fantasy animal Jackalope (which is now at rank #7) was the absolute #1 so I got 5 of them. Unfortunately the revenue was lowered some days later.

But luckily there is still the Acai Tree, since the beginning it was the #1 only recently to be replaced by the Calfs. It is our constant factor though I never saw someone who had fields full of Acai Trees.

The #3: Maple Tree + the ornament Trees (52.17 coins/hr)

And 3 more trees sit on position #3. I can understand the Maple Tree since it is somewhat resembling the Acai Tree. Only available for Fv and uhm pretty much FV for 1 Tree. But the ornament trees which were available during Christmas / Winter Holiday Theme were a surprise. Why are these trees producing so much revenue?

The #4: The golden chicken (44.52 coins/hr)

The golden chicken was for a moment the absolute #1 animal. Or… the thing you needed to get which did not cost any Farm Cash. It was a legend for some time. There would be a supposed golden chicken that was only seen by few players. Apart from that now that it is so common it is nice to have and was later followed by a chicken coop so that you could even place more of them on the same amount of spaces.

The #5: The baby tiger and the Bear Cub (38.26 coins/hr)

These are both new animals and both were limited AND they costed both 22 Farm Cash. Which makes them the most expensive Farm Cash animals apart from the Giant Panda (and the golden chicken for who is crazy enough to buy it for Farm Cash). So it is probably good that they are this high although I wonder why the Giant Panda is not higher.

The #6: Super Berries (37.5)

And still the old fans are not let down since this seed from the first "themed" event still sits at #6.

The #7: Jackalope & Porcupine (36.52)

As said, the Jackalope was once the for a short time the #1 on this list. But now both these animals from the mystery boxes sit on #7 and are ofcourse pretty special unique animals so they should be this high.

The #8: The Lop Eared Bunny and the Peacock (31.3)

And 2 other limited animals sit on #8. The Lop Eared Bunny was a theme on itself so it really deserves a high spot I think. It is also cute :) The Peacock… well for an animal this proud and on the fan wishlist for such a long time it should also be that high. Especially for those players who wasted countless Farm Cash trying to get their Peacock from the mystery box.

The #9: Proud Birds (27.83)

The swan, The 2 Turkeys, the 2 gooses and the Valley Quail. Somehow they all are, I think some kind of birds that belong in the same biological branch (although I am not sure). And they all sit on rank #9. There are and were different ways to get them so they are a bit of a weird bunch of birds in terms of getting them but it is nice that somewhere there in Zynga thought hey… let's put all of these kind of birds on the same level.

The #10: Black Chicken (22.26)

Yeah! I think, with the Chicken Coop introduction, they needed to have the Chickens distributed evenly so it somehow landed at spot #10. Still good.

And…The current #95 in revenue:

Apart from the 2 animals that transform (the baby turkey and the ugly ducking) the absolute worst thing to waste your space on is "wheat" with a revenue of 0.94 coins per hour. Will there ever be something even worse than wheat?

Well… if there ever comes something out that takes a lot days, costs a lot and produces almost nothing… who knows. Personally I would have expected a cat to be that low lol.

The buildings with a purpose

Yes… with a specific kind of animals in there they produce high revenue but … you can only have a few of them each. And well.. this post was just a little exercise to see what was going on in the table.

p.s. I hope I did not forget any object and that we are already on #100 in terms of unique "Revenue per Hour Layer" (where the buildings are counted as 1).

p.p.s. a dog would be cool #100 revenue producing object with let's say a value of 56 coins per hour :)

The FarmVille Lamb: the 28th FarmVille Animal

image281 The FarmVille Lamb: the 28th FarmVille Animal The Lamb (which lies not down on broadway)

The Lamb is the 28th animal in FarmVille. It measures 1x1 so you can buy looots of them and fit them all together. The Lamb rotates in four directions and IS pettable :) :)

But… it costs 9 FV making it the 6th animal available for Farm Cash only.

When you just look at the revenue only it takes a shared 3th place together with the other FV animal: the Orange Tabby.

The Revenue per hour per SQUARE would give it a shared 4th place together with the recently released Orange Tabby.

What does petting your animal do?

Apart from letting your animal jump and down and producing some hearts it does absolutely nothing else. So no extra money or other special things.
